Name of Organisation

South Leicestershire Crossroads

Crossroads Association has been providing care to Carers since 1974. The organisation originally started after a grant was given by Associated Television, the producers of Crossroads, the TV soap opera.

The first Crossroads scheme was based in Rugby and there are now nearly 200 schemes throughout England and Wales supporting many carers and their families.

South Leicestershire Crossroads was established in 1996 to provide a high quality service to Carers and people with care needs of any age. Many of those receiving care have severe disabilities, mental health problems and high care needs, requiring a consistency of care and commitment from our care staff.

South Leicestershire Crossroads provides flexible, reliable and personalised support to carers in tour area, enabling carers to have time off, time to be themselves. Our staff are all trained to provide personal, practical, social and emotional care.

South Leicestershire Crossroads is funded by Leicestershire County Council, the South Leicestershire Primary Care Trust, private clients and donations.

If we can be of support to you, please get in touch.
